Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy.

Game purchases

You can ask for a full refund of a game purchase from our store within 14 days of buying it, as long as you have played for less than 2 hours in total. Write to [email protected] with your order number and the email address you bought with.

When a refund is made, the licence or activation key it gave is revoked.

Other purchases

Cosmetic items and other digital content that you have already received or used cannot be refunded, except where the law requires it or the item did not work as described.

Steam

Purchases made on Steam are refunded by Steam under its own refund policy.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. If you are in the EU or the UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a digital purchase unless you asked for the content to be delivered at once and acknowledged that you would lose that right.

How long it takes

We answer refund requests within 3 working days. The money returns to the way you paid, usually within 5–10 working days.
