End User Licence Agreement

This agreement is between you and Stingtail Games for the Rendwar game client and launcher ("the software").

Licence

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install the software on computers you own or control and to use it to play Rendwar, as long as you follow this agreement and our Terms of Service.

You may not

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the software, except to install it as we allow;
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works of it, except where the law allows this despite this agreement;
• use it with cheats, bots or tools that interfere with the game or other players;
• remove notices of ownership from it.

Content written by AI

Some lines of computer-controlled characters are generated by an AI model while you play, within rules we set and filters we run; they do not state our views. What the AI may and may not do, and what of yours it sees, is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can report a line from the conversation log.

Updates

The launcher keeps the game up to date. Some updates are required to keep playing online; we may stop supporting older versions.

Ownership

The software, its art, music and writing belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. This agreement gives you no ownership.

Ending

This licence ends if you break this agreement or your account is closed. You must then remove the software.

Warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those the law requires.
